BOONEN DOES THE DOUBLE
|
Tom Boonen repeats the success he obtained in 2005 and triumphs again in the Paris-Roubaix, beating last year's winner, Cancellara, in the final straight. Along with Ballan, the pair began their flight at about 30 km from the finishing line to juggle for the title won in the sprint by the Belgian who has raced for Quick Step since 2003. This was the second great success achieved in April by the team that uses Campagnolo's top of the range groupset, Record, after the victory obtained in the Tour of Flanders by the Belgian, Stijn Devolder. Discover for yourself the components that have permitted the great champions to triumph in the major Northern European classics!
