Worldwilde Pro-Shop Project
The Worldwide Pro-Shop™ Project is a vitally important project for the development of Campagnolo® srl. In view of the great technological advances provided by the products of this company from Vicenza, the need was felt to set up a network of specialized Campagnolo® stores with worldwide coverage.
Campagnolo® wants to use the Pro-Shop™ Project to provide a fast and effective service to the end customer. The selected sales outlets represent Campagnolo® professionalism locally and are the fast track for dealing with goods returned under warranty.
The Pro-Shops™ are in constant contact with Campagnolo® through meetings set up by the company, technical updates, publicity and information on products.
Belonging to the project is certified by a special transfer sticker with an annual stamp to indicate current validity.
Each Campagnolo® bicycle is supplied with the Pro-Shop™ handbook.
The Pro-Shop™ handbook contains ‘Important notes on safety’ that provide instructions and advice on using Campagnolo® products and on scheduling maintenance and inspections. These notes address important topics such as the life cycle of products and the factors that affect it.
The booklet is the bicycle’s historical memory. The first page is for the purchaser’s personal details, the bicycle data and the proof of purchase. Bike checklists follow that are useful for scheduling future check-ups and recording check-ups that have already been carried out.
