One of the evolutions of Record 13 is the Nano Clutch version, a micro-clutch developed from the experience gained with Ekar and already adopted on the Record X and Super Record X groupsets. The Nano Clutch system retains the current derailleur cage, capable of handling cassettes up to 36 teeth, while introducing increased chain tension. This results in greater stability and flawless performance even in the most demanding conditions, across mixed terrain and gravel routes. Designed for both 1x road and 2x all-road bike setups, it meets the needs of the most demanding riders. The result is a rear derailleur that preserves all the qualities that made Super Record 13 unique—speed, precision, and unprecedented shifting silence—now enhanced with additional stability, delivering uncompromising performance both on-road and off-road. Price € 500.
Developed from the new Record 13, the clutch-equipped rear derailleur inherits all the advanced features of the standard road model 2x13: smooth, fast, and consistently immediate shifting—even under load—thanks to an optimized path across the entire cassette range.
The new architecture, with the rear derailleur positioned beneath the cassette, delivers a cleaner aesthetic, improved aerodynamics, and perfect alignment between pulleys and gear ratios. The result is even quieter, more precise, and more reliable shifting.
These qualities are further enhanced by Nano Clutch technology, which retains the current cage—capable of handling cassettes up to 36 teeth—while introducing increased chain tension to ensure stability and flawless performance even in the most demanding conditions, both on the road (1x setups) and in fast gravel riding (2x all-road configurations).
The two 14-tooth pulleys feature a differentiated profile to optimize chain guidance, while traditional bearings ensure long-term durability and robustness. The cage is compatible with 10- and 11-speed cassettes up to 36 teeth, offering a wide range of gear ratios to suit any riding style.
Maximum versatility is also ensured in mounting options: direct attachment with Campagnolo UDH hanger, classic link for traditional frames, and compatibility with direct mount hangers.
The system is powered by a removable battery with an average range of 750 km and ultra-fast charging: just 60 minutes are required to reach 100%. Battery status is always accessible via the integrated LED, the MyCampy app, or compatible cycle computers. The USB-C connector ensures full compatibility with modern devices and even allows the use of power banks in emergency situations.
The design reflects Campagnolo’s excellence: the front section of the pulley assembly is made of carbon with a direct-from-mold finish, combined with anodized aluminum components and a clutch body in carbon fiber-reinforced technopolymer to ensure strength and stability even on the roughest terrain. Even the branding becomes a distinctive element, showcasing Campagnolo’s expertise in material processing and its continuous pursuit of a clean, elegant, and iconic aesthetic.
