In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, you need to contact an authorized Campagnolo Service Center. In order for claims to be honoured, they must be presented within the period of validity of the warranty and within eight days from the discovery of the defect. Before sending any product to a Campagnolo Service Center to be inspected, you must obtain the authorization code for the return from the Service Center. They will give you a code that must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging of the product. The issue of an authorization number does not constitute acceptance of the claim, which will be assessed by the Service Center after the product has been inspected.
