Speed, aerodynamics, and control are the three pillars of an engineering project that redefines category standards.
From these foundations comes a product built on perfect synergy, designed to enhance both performance and riding sensations. With this vision, Bora X comes to life—the wheel that brings Campagnolo’s racing DNA from the road into the world of gravel racing.
Bora X meets the evolving demands of gravel competitions, which are increasingly approaching the intensity and competitiveness of road cycling. Designed in the wind tunnel and tested on the most demanding terrains, this wheel has been engineered to combine responsiveness and stability, absorb vibrations, and ensure precise handling in every condition.
Featuring a 50 mm profile and a 27 mm hooked internal width—ideal for tyres starting from 35 mm—Bora X inherits the unidirectional carbon fiber layup from its road counterpart, optimized according to load distribution. It also reinterprets the iconic G3 spoke pattern with a configuration specific to fast gravel riding, combining aerodynamic and elliptical spokes to reduce turbulence, improve airflow penetration, and balance stiffness and comfort.
The aesthetic identity is fully consistent with Campagnolo’s style: the “X” logo in black chrome metallic finish highlights its gravel purpose and complements both the brand name and the timeless “winged wheel,” a symbol of excellence and heritage.
The result is a wheel weighing just 1,430 grams—strong, responsive, and capable of delivering explosive acceleration, superior control, and absolute reliability even on the toughest routes.
Bora X is designed to adapt to any terrain, situation, and setup: it is available with Campagnolo N3W, Shimano HG11, Shimano Microspline (MS12), and SRAM XDR freehub bodies.
